Planning study for Haiphong, Vietnam

Haiphong is a small town featuring some nice water features, well preserved French colonial architecture and a lot of potential for tourism.

These drawings were part of a presentation that imagined how the town could look after the installation of new street lighting, new parks and amenities and restored historical buildings with state of the art illumination.
